    REVIEW JURIDICAL ON MIXED MARRIAGE BETWEEN INDONESIAN WITH FOREIGNER BASED ON POSITIVE LAWS APPLICABLE IN INDONESIA

    ABSTRACT


    The purpose of research is to know and analyze the legal status of citizenship of wife and children of the mixed marriage between the Indonesian citizen with the foreign citizen based on the positive laws are applicable in Indonesia. This research is normative law research. The collecting data uses literature study method. Method of data analysis uses qualitative analysis.

    Results of the research show that (1) the legal status of the wife’s citizenship of the mixed marriage between the Indonesian citizen with the foreign citizen based on the positive laws are applicable in Indonesia are (a) based on International Civil Law must be assessed validity of that mixed marriage based on the principle of Lex loci celeberationis. If it is held inside of Indonesia region must be registered in local Agency of the Population and Civil Registration. If it is held outside of Indonesia region must be registered at the competent authority in that country or be registered by the functionary in local Representatives of Republic Indonesia and (b) based on Law No.12 of 2006 about The Citizenship of Republic Indonesia is contained in Article 23 letter (a), (b) and (i); Article 26 clause (1) and Article 42 and (2) the legal status of the children’ citizenship result of the mixed marriage between the Indonesian citizen with the foreign citizen based on the positive laws are applicable in Indonesia are (a) based on International Civil Law, the mixed marriage between Indonesia woman with man of the other country based on the principle of Lex loci celeberationis, both inside and outside of Indonesia region declared valid, then determination of the legal status of the childern’s citizenship of that mixed marriage must be referred on the rules in Law No.12 of 2006 about The Citizenship of Republic Indonesia and (b) based on Law No.12 of 2006 is contained in Article 4 letter (d) and (e); Article 6 and Article 25 clause (2), (3) and (4).

    THE INFLUENCE ANALYSIS OF LEADERSHIP STYLE, EMPLOYEE PLACEMENT, WORK DISCIPLINE, WORK MOTIVATION, COMPENSATION AND COMPETITION ON EMPLOYEES’ PERFORMANCE AT OFFICE OF INTEGRATED SERVICES OF REJANG LEBONG REGENCY

    ABSTRACT


    The purpose of research is to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, employee placement, work discipline, work motivation, compensation and competition to employees’ performance in The Office of Integrated Services of Rejang Lebong. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach. Method of collecting data uses questionnaire substantially contains about seventh of variables of the research. Results of the research shows that (1) leadership style influences to the employees’ performance in The Office of Integrated Services of Rejang Lebong. It means, all dimensions are including instructive function, consultative function, partisipative function, delegation function and controlling function influence on assessment of this variable; (2) employee placement influence to the employees’ performance in this agency. It means, all dimensions are including job specification, job description, skill and environment influence on assessment of this variable; (3) work discipline influences to the employees’ performance in this agency. It means, all dimensions are including frequency of attendance, circumspection, obedience on work standard, obedience on work rules and work ethic influence on assessment of this variable; (4) work motivation does not influence to the employees’ performance in this agency. It means, all dimensions are including internal factors and external factors influence on assessment of this variable; (5) compensation does not influence to the employees’ performance in this agency. It means, all dimensions are including directly compensation and indirectly compensation influence on assessment of this variable; (6) competence influences to the employees’ performance in this agency. It means, all dimensions are including intellectual competence, emotional competence and social competence influence on assessment of this variable and (7) Simultantly, sixth the independent variables influence to the employees’ performance in this agency. It means, the employees’ performance of this agency is influenced by leadership style, employee placement, work discipline, work motivation, compensation and competence.

    THE FACTOR ANALYSIS OF FORMER OF THE EMPLOYEES’ PERFORMANCE DIMENSIONS AT THE JOINT OFFICE SAMSAT OF BENGKULU PROVINCE

    ABSTRACT



    The purpose of research is to know and analyze the former factors of the employees’ performance dimensions at Joint Office Samsat of Bengkulu Province. This research is descriptive research is analyzed by quantitative approach. Method of collecting data uses Likert Scale’s questionnaires are substantially contains estimation about the former factors of the employees’ performance at that organization. The analysis method uses the Factor Analysis with Explanatory Factor Analysis (EFA) approach. Results of the research showed that the former factors of the employees’ performance dimensions at the Joint Office Samsat of Bengkulu Province are (1) reliability factor consists of variable talent, skill, managerial ability, loyality, inisiative, leadership, interpersonal communication, cooperation and loyalty. This factor is the dominant factor than others; (2) personality factor consists of variable potential ability (intellegency), reality ability (education), attitude, ethic, motivation to achieve, work discipline, work spirit and honesty; (3) work quality factor consists of variable work achievement, work quantity, carefulness, accuration, on time, work finishing and outcomes; (4) organization’s support factor consists of variable work environment, total of supporting units, organization’s rules and organization’s culture and (5) external factor consists of variable income level, technology utilization, other supporting facilities and other rules (external).

    THE INFLUENCE OF JUSTICE IN SERVICE RECOVERY TO CUSTOMERS’ SATISFACTION ON BANK OF THE STATE OWNED ENTERPRISES IN BENGKULU CITY

    ABSTRACT


    The purpose of research is to examine and analyze the influence of procedural justice, interactional justice, and distributive justice to customers’ satisfaction on Bank of the State-Owned Enterprises in Bengkulu City. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach. Method of collecting data uses questionnaire substantially contains about third of dimensions of fairness in service recovery and customers’ satisfaction during process of it. Results of the research showed that (1) procedural justice in the service recovery was influenced to the customers’ satisfaction on Bank of the State-Owned Enterprises in Bengkulu City; (2) interactional justice in the service recovery was influenced to the customers’ satisfaction on Bank of the State-Owned Enterprises in Bengkulu City; and (3) distributive justice in the service recovery was influenced to the customers’ satisfaction on Bank of the State-Owned Enterprises in Bengkulu City. Simultantly, third of justice dimensions were influenced to the customers’ satisfaction on Bank of the State-Owned Enterprises in Bengkulu City.
